If I could give Meridian more stars I would! Dave was a lifesaver and such a joy to work with. I cannot stress enough how competent and professional he is. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote without trying to upsell like so many others in the business do. He was communicative and kept me in the loop through the whole process.

When my heater started making strange noises I called around and got a few different quotes. Everyone who came out gave me a different assessment, everyone agreed I needed a new blower fan in addition to a large array of parts. Each telling me something different. One company even tried to convince me I needed a whole new furnace, claiming when one part goes everything else follows. Needless to say I was overwhelmed and completely at a loss as to what to do and was looking at thousands of dollars in repairs or a cold winter ahead. I had a few people enthusiastically recommend Meridian and I'm so glad they did.

Dave came out and took a look at my furnace and told me that all I needed was the blower fan and the furnace itself should last me years to come. He has years of experience in the business and what I appreciate more than anything is that rather than trying to take advantage of my own lack of knowledge he gave me an honest and fair assessment. As a single parent on a single income I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me more than I actually needed.

He went out of his way to figure out the best option for me, even driving out of his way to pick up the part so I wouldn't have to pay the cost of shipping and working with my schedule to get the job done as fast as possible but with the least inconvenience to me.

My furnace works great now and heats my home even better than before.

In this day and age when the goal of all these big scale companies is just to make as much off of you as possible its nice to know that there are still honest people out there who take pride in their work and in their company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meridian and I definitely will be calling them again if I ever need anything HVAC related.
